The ceramic industry regularly asks TCKI to assist in the design and selection of handling machines for the transport of

• wet and dry raw materials,
• wet, dried and fired units.

We also advise on the purchasing of

• loading and unloading machines for wet and dry units before and after the dryers
• loading and unloading machines before and after the kilns,
• robots before and after the kilns and with
• packaging installations for building materials.

Based on the set of requirements, we can design a complete, new lay-out or we can integrate the new machines in the existing production line.

This approach uses the combined efforts of TCKI´s laboratory, measuring group, drawing room and advisory group. Other sectors - outside of the ceramic industry - can also use our specialised knowledge about product handling.
