Shaping of clay

The shaping of clay products requires various moulding machines. We can draw up a lay-out of the machine set-up and a list of requirements for moulding machines. We also supervise projects from initial idea formation right through to the delivery of drawings, calculations and advice. TCKI also has measuring methods to evaluate and if necessary modify the operation of presses in the ceramic industry.

The combined approach by our laboratory, our measuring group, drawing room and advisory group. Other sectors - outside of the ceramic industry - can also use our specialised knowledge about moulding processes.
